Casey joined the Humanimals team in 2021 and completed her Bachelor of Veterinary Nursing in 2022. She is Low Stress Handling® Certified and Grade 4 Medical Laser Therapy Certified, and is currently undertaking a Certificate in Feline Nursing to continue expanding her knowledge in one of her favourite areas of veterinary care. Casey enjoys all aspects of veterinary nursing, with particular interests in anaesthesia and feline nursing. She is the clinic’s go-to nurse for feline patients, combining her passion for cats with a calm, low-stress approach to help even the most anxious patients feel safe and comfortable. While cats are undoubtedly her favourite patients, she also has a soft spot for German Shepherds and Rottweilers. Outside of work, Casey enjoys getting lost in a good book, gaming, and spending time with her partner and her cat, Beelzebub.
