During business hours if you animal has life threatening injuries or illness and requires urgent medical attention, when possible, please call our clinic and press ‘option 1’ to talk to our medical team so they can organise with
you appropriate measures to get you animal safely to our clinic. If unable to call please proceed to the clinic and we will attend to the welfare of you animal as quickly as we can.

To help keep up with demand and to ensure our clinics pet parents have 24/7 access to vet advice, Humanimals have partnered with VetChat for all your after hour pet care needs. VetChat vets are all board certified, with a minimum of 5 years experience and are passionate about improving pet health outcomes. When our clinic doors close each day, VetChat will help us support you and your pet.
